Abrasive Products
Sierra Diamond Technology carries a variety of abrasive products for truing and dressing diamond and CBN tools, as well as a full line of abrasive grinding wheels for those special applications.
Abrasive Wheels
These abrasive surface grinding wheels provide fast, cool and free grinding action. They can be used for green (pre-fired) ceramics, sharpening machine tools, and truing diamond/CBN wheels and tools. Abrasive wheels are available in white (WA), ruby (RA), pink (PA), light blue (AZ), and green (SC).
Truing Wheels
These high quality aluminum oxide and silicon carbide brake truing wheels are made to fit most Break truing machines. The wheels come in 3" OD × 1" W × ½" ID in 60 or 80 grit and are kept in stock for immediate delivery.
Custom grits are available.
Dressing Sticks
We stock three different dressing sticks in a number of grits for you to choose. Aluminum oxide (white) Silicon Carbide (black) or Silicon Carbide (green).
Our Stock dressing sticks come in a variety of sizes, the most common are (½" × ½" × 6") (1" × 1" × 6") (1" × 1" × 8").
Custom sizes and grits are available.
